Prestige®  is a high-efficiency condensing indoor natural gas tankless water heater designed for continuous hot water. The built-in recirculation pump with auto-learning programming not only provides instant hot water, but also only provides it when needed. Industry-leading low flow activation with a minimum flow rate and minimum activation flow rate of .50GPM. Ultra Low NOx burner meets SCAQMD rule requirements of safety for low emissions. Additional safety features include a flame sensor, overheat cut-off switch, gas and water leak detectors, and exhaust and water temperature sensors. Venting up to 100’ with 3” PVC or up to 50’ with 2” PVC pipe. Can be used with up to 5 bathrooms depending on inlet temperature; .94UEF (.96EF Canada), 199,000BTU efficiency. Professional installation is required otherwise warranty void.

How long does an installation take? What time will they arrive? Do I need to be home for the installation?
Every installation is different, and every project presents unique installation challenges, but we aim to have all installations completed in one day. Technicians will arrive at the prearranged agreed upon time and will keep you updated on the progress throughout the day. We always recommend that homeowners are present during installation, but if that’s not possible, we require someone over the age of 18 to be home during installation.
Can I buy it online and install by myself?
HVAC or Boiler installation requires electrical, gas and refrigerant knowledge as well as familiarity with local bylaws and building codes. Failure to properly install HVAC equipment can create safety concerns and performance issues as well as void manufacturer warranties. For those reasons, we always recommends professional installation.
